Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Tuck Ticks website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

Products and Services

Tuck Ticks offers natural tick repellent products made with essential oils. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service to anyone.

Product Use Disclaimer

Tuck Ticks All Natural Tick Guard is a minimum risk pesticide product exempt from EPA registration under FIFRA Section 25(b). Our product:

  • Is intended to repel ticks when applied as directed
  • Is not a guarantee against tick bites or tick-borne diseases
  • Should be used as part of a comprehensive tick prevention strategy
  • Is for external use only

These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuck Ticks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
