Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and unopened
- The product must be in its original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please:
- Email us at support@tuckticks.com with your order number
- Include "Return Request" in the subject line
- Briefly explain the reason for your return
- We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged product, wrong item shipped, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@tuckticks.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We currently only offer one product (Tuck Ticks All Natural Tick Guard, 4 FL OZ). If you need an exchange, please initiate a return and place a new order.
